very quiet

These are perfect. Good power and extremely silent.

Not quiet enough on the left had side of a tower case. Perhaps the case acts as a Helmholtz chamber and resonates with the fans? I would have preferred fans with a 4 pin connector (the motherboard controls the fan speed) but right now electronic stuff is as available as rocking horse poo. I am an Electronic Design Consultant and supply hurts, weekly requests from customers for alternate component sources - ?search the web, I have already provided all parameters? but sadly so called engineers are not really competent. Guess why clients outsource design projects.

Worked well installed as an extra fan in my case as a front intake.

Easy to install - working well so far - if I had more headers I'd probably get more for my case :-)

Currently my favourite computer fans. Because they are well designed and made they do run quietly and do push a lot of air. They are expensive but come on, not THAT expensive. The last thing you want is a fan with the bearings are going making a horrible noise until you slap the side of the computer. I'll leave that to the fan that came with the case ;-)

Quiet as the name suggests. Doing a good job of keeping system cool under heavy load

I think these are probably the best "all-round" fans you can get. Very very quiet, quality build.
